Rohit Shetty Refers To Recent Firing Incident Involving Tiger Shroff

In recent years, the number of firing incidents has been growing at an alarming rate. These events are specifically targeted towards prominent Bollywood celebrities, including the likes of Salman Khan, Rohit Shetty, and now the recent target, Tiger Shroff.

Just a few days back, Tiger Shroff was the latest victim, with three thugs opening fire at his car in Juhu. Luckily enough, he was unharmed. With a quick presence of mind, he drove his injured driver to the hospital.

This year itself, in the month of February, Rohit Shetty was subject to a shooting incident where five rounds were fired at his home in Juhu. During the latest episode of a popular reality TV show, he explicitly brought out the topic of these firings.

As the special host, Rohit Shetty directly spoke with three contestants who were actively bullying another contestant on the show. In conjunction with the incidents, he compared their gangster portrayals and attitudes inside the show to what was actually happening in real life. He said, "Yahan humare ghar par goliyan chal rahi hain, tum kya gangster banke ghoom rahe ho?”

The three accused shooters have since been identified. Their initial plan of fleeing by bus to Gujarat was put to rest. Tiger Shroff, son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff, was on his way home from a game of football on October 18 when the attack transpired. To date, more than 10 people linked to the case have been arrested.

Recently, Jackie and his team shared a video on their social handle showing his recovery since the incident. The team also asked publication houses to be cautious of the type of news they spread to avoid circulation of misinformation.

Coming to Rohit Shetty, his latest project Golmaal 5 is all set for a 2027 release.
